He has been in the hydrocarbon processing industries for more than 38 years, advocating process safety, asset integrity & reliability, fire safety, security, water conservation and energy efficiency. Lucas is a Professional Engineer and a Chartered Engineer.

Mr Law Tat Win is Chairman of Chevron’s Singapore Country Office. He assumed this role in February 2020 to lead Chevron’s engagements with key government and external stakeholders and drive enterprise efforts across Chevron’s business units in Singapore. Tat Win is concurrently the General Manager of Singapore Joint Venture (JV) Assets. He oversees Chevron’s interests in Singapore Refining Company (SRC), our 50-50 non-operated joint venture refinery in Singapore.

Mr Kho Ho Meng is the Process Safety and Technical Manager of Singapore Refining Company Pte Ltd (SRC) since 2018 and has been working in the petroleum refining sector for more than 30 years. He had held earlier managerial roles in supporting the commercial and operational aspects of SRC’s refinery.

Ms Pamela Phua is currently the Product Management Director of South East South Asia. With more than 20 years of experience in coatings industry, she provides industry advice to regulatory bodies, such as Housing and Development Board of Singapore and National Environment Agency of Singapore, as well as other institutions, such as Singapore Environment Council, Singapore Green Building Council and Singapore Institute of Architects.

Prior to this, Dr. Leong has spent 10 years at the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE), A*STAR where he was the Head of the Industry Development Office and Senior Scientist.

Assoc Prof. Wan Man Pun is currently Associate Chair (Research) in the School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University. He has done significant research in the areas of urban and built environment, indoor air quality, energy efficiency, aerosol science and thermo-fluids engineering. He has published over 100 top quality international conference and journal papers. He has been often invited as a reviewer for a number of premier conferences and journals, including Atmospheric Environment, Indoor Air, Building and Environment, etc.

Mr Sundar Rajaraman is the Asia Pacific Process Safety Engineering Discipline Technology Lead in ExxonMobil and has over 25 years of experience in petroleum, petrochemical and manufacturing sector. Currently leading process safety team in Singapore and Asia Pacific focusing on improving process safety across ExxonMobil manufacturing plants and projects.
