Mr Wim Roels is the CEO of Borouge Pte Ltd based in Singapore. He was appointed in July 2011 to contribute to the growth of Borouge in the developing markets of the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. Mr Roels is also the current Chairman of the Singapore Chemical Industry Council (SCIC) at which he served as a board member since April 2016.

Mr Dalson Chung is the Director for the Industry Development and Promotion Division in the National Environment Agency (NEA). He previously worked at the Ministry of the Environment (ENV) in 1984 and has since held various appointments in ENV, NEA and MEWR.

Dr Lim Mong Hoo has been in Public Utilities Board (PUB) since 1981 and is currently the chief specialist of water quality. He has more than 30 years of experience in water supply engineering practices. With his wealth of experience, he has contributed to the development of many national standards over many years.

He is also a Singapore Certified Energy Manager and the Chairman of the Chartered Engineer (Energy Engineering) Assessment Committee in the Institution of Engineers Singapore.

Dr Jonathan Low is the Acting Deputy Director of the Sustainability and Emerging Applications Division at A*STAR SIMTech. Dr Low heads the Sustainability and Life Cycle Engineering Group where he charts the research direction in the areas of life cycle assessment, life cycle costing, and data science applications in the domains of life cycle management, decarbonisation and circular economy.

Mr Rahul Kar is an experienced environmental and sustainability finance professional, working in the financial advisory team of Deloitte & Touche in Singapore covering Southeast Asia region. With over 25 years of work in the financial and engineering consulting businesses, his skills include Climate Change Mitigation, Adaptation and Finance, ISO 14001, ISO9001, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Ms Melissa Tan is the chairperson of Waste Management Recycling Association of Singapore (WMRAS). Ms Tan champions the association’s efforts in promoting trade and commerce for the waste and recycling industry. She is also the Director in Wah & Hua Pte Ltd, with over 20 years of experience in the waste management industry.

Dr Lal Jayamaha is the Founder of LJ Energy which provides services like energy audits, ESD consultancy and Green Mark and GBI. He has more than 25 years of working experience in the field of energy management and has been the team leader for more than 75 Energy Audits and Energy Retrofit projects in Asia.
