 ted as an alternative cleaner fuel solution within Southeast Asia and the 
 development of LNG infrastructure and capabilities in Singapore has never 
 been more important than now. Technical Reference (TR) 74 aims to establis
 h baseline knowledge and competency in the storage\, land transportation a
 nd handling of LNG\, while taking into consideration of its safety\, healt
 h and environmental aspects of the inherent hazard and risk relating to th
 e handling of LNG.\nThe highlights of this new standard will be presented 
 by the Working Group experts who developed TR 74 : 2020. MOM will use this
  standard in the assessment of LNG handling and storage so as to determine
  if there are adequate measures in place for ensuring safe LNG work practi
 ces. On the other hand\, SCDF will be referencing to this new standard for
  the approval of fire safety plan submission and P&amp\;FM license applica
