Note: For additional or changes of meal for table booking, extra charge of SGD 200++ per pax ( any Vegetarian / Muslim meal)
Each table can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 pax. (Example: Additional charge apply for changes from Chinese meal to Any Vegetarian or Halal meal) ** All Meals are No Pork & No Lard
Confirmation will be send to the main contact person email address as stated in the form.
Note: - Seats are on first come first serve basis and are limited.
- For registration by tables, additional Vegetarian / Muslim meal requests will be charged at $200+ per pax.
(Example: Chinese meal replace as Vegetarian meal) ** All Meals have No Pork & No Lard
- All registrations will be taken as confirmed and will be billed accordingly.
- Incomplete forms will not be entertained.
-NO CANCELLATIONS are allowed upon registration. No-shows will be billed. Replacement is acceptable through written notice within 7 days before the commencement of the session.
- SCIC reserves the right to change/cancel any part of the programme.
*An invoice with payment details will be sent to the company before the start of course. We accept PAYNOW / Bank transfer to be made payable to: Singapore Chemical Industry Council Limited
