The second ARCP mini webinar was held on 13 Aug 2021which was well attended by more than 130 delegates, comprising both regulator and industry representatives from the ASEAN members states (AMS). The webinar was also extended to the LATAM group who is overseeing the regulatory co-operation project in Latin America region. Such mutual sharing and learning has been effective for both regions as we progress efforts towards greater regulatory co-operation and convergence in the respective regions.
The first segment of the mini webinar programme shared the latest GHS implementation updates from Malaysia, Indonesia and Cambodia, which provided insights to fellow AMS peers that will help in the alignment of GHS implementation approaches in the different countries.
The second segment of the sharing touched on the implementation experiences on the new scheme in Australia by AICIS, which provided the delegates invaluable insights on the practical experiences on country’s Chemical Inventory implementation.
The active engagements from the delegates were evident from the overwhelm of questions posted for the presenters during the Q&A sessions of the programme.
The ARCP Organising Committee would like to thank the following speakers for their insightful sharing during the webinar:
