SCIC has had a long and close working relationship with various government agencies, in discussing and addressing matters related to the chemical industry through joint collaborative approaches.
Dialogue sessions with government agencies form part of our engagement efforts to strengthen the close partnership between the Government and Industry. Organised on 11 November 2020, the inaugural dialogue session with the Singapore Police Force provided the following key updates relevant to the members of the chemical industry:
- Trends in Global Terrorism
- Future insights to the Explosive Precursors (EP) licensing regulatory framework
