The Board and Secretariat Office of the Singapore Chemical Industry Council (SCIC) would like to extend its heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Henri Nejade, Chairman and Director of Seppure Pte Ltd, for his exemplary leadership and invaluable contributions to SCIC. The SCIC Distinguished Leadership Award 2026 was presented to Mr. Henri Nejade during SCIC’s Annual Dinner.
Since joining SCIC as a Board Director in 2018, Mr. Henri Nejade has played an integral role in guiding the Council’s strategic direction. He went on to serve as Vice‑Chairman in 2020 and has been Chairman since 2022, providing steadfast leadership and valuable perspectives in Board deliberations while supporting key industry initiatives and advocacy efforts.
Mr. Henri Nejade has also served as Chairman of the Standards Development Organisation (SDO)@SCIC Steering Committee since 2021. In this role, he has been instrumental in ensuring strong governance and compliance across standards development activities, including those under the Environment and Resources Standards Committee (ERSC) and the Chemical Standards Committee (CSC).
His guidance, commitment, and support to both the Board and SCIC Secretariat have been key in advancing SCIC’s mission as the voice of Singapore’s chemical industry.
