SCIC held its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 21 June 2019 at the Shangri-La Hotel Singapore. The meeting was chaired by SCIC Chairman, Mr Wim Roels who shared with the members a summary of the activities by SCIC in 2018
The meeting proceeded with the following proposals supported and endorsed through voting of members who were present:
- Financial report for FY ending 31 Dec 2018
- Appointment of Messrs AC Alliances (PAC) as company auditor for FY 19
- Election of Board Members for term 2018/2020:
- Mr Goh Eng Leong, Managing Director (Singapore & Malaysia), BASF South East Asia Pte Ltd
- Mr Henri Najade, President & CEO Asia Pacific, Brenntag Pte Ltd
- Mr Andreas Krobjilowski, General Manger, Shell Jurong Island
- Mr Paul Fong, Country Manager (Singapore & Malaysia), Dow Chemical Pacific (Singapore) Pte Ltd
In closing, Mr Roels thanked members for their attendance and support. The session continued with some light refreshments networking among the members.
