Held on 21st Oct, the Pre-Conference Course: Process Safety Metrics & Recognizing Catastrophic Incident Warning Signs was organised as a precursor to the main summit from 22nd to 23rd Oct 2019.
Moderated by Ms Louise Nara, Global Technical Director, Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS), who shared with the 32 participants on measuring process safety metrics and using those metrics to help companies to drive continued improvements in their process safety performance. The session also provided the participants with a more detailed understanding on API-RP-754, the most commonly used metrics tool in measuring both leading and lagging indicators.
